Meal Replacement Shake is designed to replace one or two meals a day, but it’s important not to follow a liquid only diet. We always recommend having at least one balanced meal each day alongside meal replacements.

Fat Metaboliser can be used alongside Meal Replacement and is often taken before a meal or meal replacement, as recommended. Used together, both products can support weight management when combined with a balanced diet and an active lifestyle.

Can I use plant-based milk alternatives with my Meal Replacement Shake?
You can use plant-based milk alternatives if you prefer. However, we recommend mixing Meal Replacement Shake with 250ml of skimmed milk for the best nutritional balance. Our nutritional information is based on this preparation, and using milk alternatives will reduce the calories and protein per serving. This may mean the shake feels less filling or isn’t substantial enough to fully replace a meal.

Can I mix my Meal Replacement Shake with water instead of milk?
You can mix Meal Replacement Shake with water if you prefer, but we recommend using 250ml of skimmed milk for optimal nutritional value. Preparing it with water will lower the calorie and protein content, which may mean the shake is less filling and not substantial enough to fully replace a meal.

Why does the Meal Replacement Shake have so much sugar?
There are no added sugars in Meal Replacement Shake. All of the sugar comes from naturally occurring sources in the milk. Around 8g comes from the powder itself, which contains skimmed milk powder, and the remaining 12g comes from the milk you use to mix your shake. So while it might seem high, these sugars are natural and part of the nutritional balance of your shake.
