We want to reward all of our existing and future customers for spending their hard-earned money with us.

At Sealions, our mission is to make wellness more affordable. So in addition to our supplements always being well priced, we’ve developed our very own loyalty points system, where every pound you spend with us is rewarded with 1 Sealions Point. These points can then be accumulated and used against future orders.

All customers with an account at sealions.com will automatically begin to collect points after signing up.

If you do not have a Sealions account, then you can sign up here – you’ll gain 25 points for doing so. Without an account, you cannot collect points.

Creating an account
When you create an account with us, you will receive 25 points.

Placing an order
When you place an order, you will receive 1 points for every full £1 you spend on products (delivery costs not included). For example, if you spend £20, you will earn 20 Sealions Points.

Celebrating a birthday
You will automatically receive 50 points as a birthday gift from Sealions!

Like on Facebook
When you like Sealions on Facebook, you will receive 10 points.

Follow on Instagram
When you follow @sealionsvitamins on Instagram, you will receive 10 points.

Follow on Twitter 
When you follow @sealionsuk on Twitter, you will receive 10 points.

Refer a friend 
You can use your unique referral link to refer a friend to Sealions.com. Both you and your friend will each receive 100 points.

1. The ‘Sealions Loyalty Points’ program is only applicable to the sealions.com website from 01/08/2022.

2. You can only acquire or use 'Sealions Loyalty Points' when you are logged in to your account at sealions.com.

3. Only one Sealions account is allowed per customer.

4. Only one Sealions account is allowed per billing address.

5. Any ‘Sealions Loyalty Points’ allocated are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to any other person/account nor exchanged for cash.

6. Sealions reserves the right to flag up, suspend or delete any account where the account holder is deemed to be abusing the ‘Sealions Loyalty Points’ scheme in any way. This includes but is not limited to creating duplicate accounts at sealions.com.

7. Sealions accepts no liability for ‘Sealions Loyalty Points’ or loyalty scheme accounts that have been misused by the account holder.

8. ‘Sealions Loyalty Points’ cannot be credited to guest checkout orders. It is up to the account holder to ensure that they are correctly logged in to sealions.com when placing an order.

9. ‘Sealions Loyalty Points’ will be cancelled or deducted should any items be returned to us or where a refund is requested.

10. Every customer who registers/has an account at sealions.com is automatically enrolled into the loyalty scheme and will begin accumulating ‘Sealions Loyalty Points’.

11. The number of ‘Sealions Loyalty Points’ you have accumulated can be checked within your account under ‘Reward Points’.

12. The number of ‘Sealions Loyalty Points’ you can gain from an order will be displayed in the ‘view cart’ page when placing your order.

13. You can choose to view and spend your ‘Sealions Loyalty Points’ on the ‘final checkout’ page under the tab marked ‘Reward Points’.

14. 'Sealions Loyalty Points' can be used alongside other offers and discounts, but the points you gain from the order relate to the end price you pay.

15. You will be rewarded with 1 Sealions Loyalty Point for every whole £1 that you spend in a single order (excluding postage fees).

16. The redemption value of each ‘Sealions Loyalty Point’ is 1p (one pence). These points can only be redeemed on future orders.

17. Sealions reserves the right to amend the value of ‘Sealions Loyalty Points’ that you can accumulate as well as the redemption value of these points.

18. Sealions reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.

19. Sealions reserve the right, at any time without notice, to end the scheme or decline any issue of membership.
