We have released full details of our last posting dates for Christmas delivery which you can read here.
For guaranteed Christmas delivery, please order by the 13th December. Orders placed up to the 18th December should still arrive in time, but there is a risk of delays.
We offer different shipping options for our customers in the UK, ranging from free standard delivery to next day.
For Standard Delivery your order will be dispatched with either Royal Mail or Evri (formally known as Hermes) depending on the following conditions, you'll receive confirmation of which service has been used in your dispatch confirmation email.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00am on the same day - orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 11:00 am on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following week (Bank Holidays not included).
UK mainland courier services do not include parcel delivery to places that are not on the main island, like the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, and the Isles of Scilly. This also includes Northern Ireland, and remote areas of Scotland.
Isle of Man postcodes are IM, Guernsey is GY, and Jersey is JE. Some PO postcodes are for the Isle of Wight, and some TR postcodes the Isles of Scilly. Northern Ireland has postcodes starting with BT. The other area that most couriers exclude from "UK mainland"is the Scottish Highlands and Islands, which includes postcodes starting with IV, HS, and ZE, and some AB, KA, KW, PA, and PH postcodes. This is simply because these areas take more time to reach. Since they are also not so densely populated, parcel collections or parcel delivery is less frequent and therefore becomes a more expensive journey due to lack of volume.
BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses can only be reached by using Royal Mail services.

Free Delivery
Free shipping is available on orders £20 and above. Orders delivered to the Scottish Highlands have a 2kg weight limit to qualify for free delivery. For same day shipping you will need to place your order by 11:30am, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Please ensure that 'Free Delivery' is selected at checkout before making payment.
Standard Delivery - Evri
This is further down the page with all shipping method information, not the standard at the top of the page. Orders placed after 11:00 am on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). - customers do then expect it to be shipped the following week.
