We've not added nasty, harsh or hidden ingredients. Just take two capsules with water before meals - it's a straightforward supplement that fits into your routine with no prep, no mess. Glucomannan provides just a little extra support when you need it most.
Suggested Use
Take 2 capsules with one to two glasses of water, 30 minutes before your meal, three times per day. Do not exceed the stated daily intake. These capsules should be taken with plenty of water to ensure they reach the stomach. Taking this product without adequate fluids may cause choking.
