Coconut Iced Tea
Ingredients:
1x Cucumber
1x Cup Green Tea
1tbsp Honey
1x Cup Coconut Water
Instructions:
In a large serving jug, mix 1 cup of your favourite, cold brewed green tea, 1 tbsp of honey, and 1 cup coconut water. Make sure it’s well mixed. To top it off, cool some cucumber slices in the fridge and add for a nice little, yet refreshing energy boost!

Coconut Water & Lemon
Ingredients:
4x Cup Coconut Water (preferably unsweetened)
½x Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1x Tbsp Honey
1x Lemon
Instructions:
In a large serving jug, mix ½ cup of your fresh lemon juice with 4 cups of coconut water together. Once combined, add your added sweetener – we prefer honey – and stir well. For an added bit of zest, add some fresh lemon slices.
