Ingredients     

  • Sealions Whey Protein (Strawberry flavours)
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Strawberry or Raspberry Sauce

Step 1: Grab Your Ingredients

Here’s what you need:

  • Sealions Whey Protein: Use one serving as per the instructions on the packaging (Add 2 level scoops (45g) to 200ml of cold water)
  • Fresh Strawberries: Wash about a handful of fresh strawberries
  • Strawberry or Raspberry Sauce

Step 2: Blend

Blend the Sealions Whey Protein until smooth. If you prefer a thicker shake, add a few ice cubes or use frozen strawberries.

Step 3: Prepare Your Glass

Swirl the sauce of your choice (our choice is Raspberry to add a tang to the strawberry protein!) around the glass and pour your Sealions Whey Protein in the glass. Top with fresh strawberries.
