Digestive Enzymes play a vital role in breaking down the food you consume throughout the day, working to turn the food you've eaten into substances your digestive tract can absorb.
Amylase, Lipase and Protease are three digestive enzymes found in your body that help break down fats, carbs and proteins. If your body doesn't make enough digestive enzymes it can't digest food well, leading to symptoms such as gas, stomach ache, diarrhoea and other painful symptoms.
Our Digestive Enzyme Complex contains 90mg of enzymes per capsule, as well as a mix of botanicals to support your digestive system.
