Each one-a-day capsule contains 17 vitamins and minerals to support skin, hair and nails.
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Copper contributes to normal skin and hair pigmentation.

Swallow one tablet daily, with food or as advised by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the stated daily intake.
